Job Description

As an Italian Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with high-potential advertisers, promoting our service, and building new customer relationships. Your primary goals will include:

  • Outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating databases of customers with complete information
  • Consolidating existing customer bases while building new ones
  • Recording outbound call history and customer responses in detail
  • Ensuring continuous customer follow-up
  • Maintaining awareness of competitors' products or services and developing selling strategies
  • Handling customer needs and requirements
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

  • Native level of Italian with fluent English
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment and attain objectives as part of a broader team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with confidence, competitiveness, tenacity, and proactivity
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences

Estimated Salary Range: €21,080 - €24,800 per year, depending on performance and location.
