Job Description
As an Italian Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with high-potential advertisers, promoting our service, and building new customer relationships. Your primary goals will include:
- Outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service
- Creating, maintaining, and updating databases of customers with complete information
- Consolidating existing customer bases while building new ones
- Recording outbound call history and customer responses in detail
- Ensuring continuous customer follow-up
- Maintaining awareness of competitors' products or services and developing selling strategies
- Handling customer needs and requirements
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- Native level of Italian with fluent English
- Previous sales experience
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong written and oral business communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment and attain objectives as part of a broader team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with confidence, competitiveness, tenacity, and proactivity
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences

- Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week)

- Salary: €21,080 gross/year + up to €3,720 gross/year in bonus
