Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Italian Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position with a hybrid working model in Barcelona, allowing for a great work-life balance.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service, creating and maintaining a database of customers, consolidating existing customer bases, and building new ones.

Responsibilities:
- Making outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service
- Creating and maintaining a database of customers
- Consolidating existing customer bases while building new ones
- Recording outbound call history and customer responses
- Ensuring customer follow-up and satisfaction
- Monitoring competitors' products or services and creating selling strategies
- Handling customer needs and requirements
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who has a native level of Italian, fluent English, previous sales experience, and experience with CRM software.
