**Job Description**

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads to allocate them to the relevant sales channel. Your expertise in Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian markets will enable you to bring in new business and develop our B2B customer base across various company sizes. You will proactively hunt new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking. Additionally, you will execute sales campaigns for specific markets, customer profiles, and products. This role involves approaching potential clients for presentations and setting up online meetings (occasional travel may be required). You will work closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, and sales teams to execute outbound activities. Furthermore, you will generate new leads by conducting high-level interactions with Directors, VPs, and C-level executives. To achieve this, you will conduct research on target industries, companies, and decision-makers to identify potential opportunities and tailor your sales approaches accordingly.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in technical sales development roles in technical sales environments. Microscopy knowledge is a plus. You must have experience in outbound B2B sales and acquiring new business. A competitive sales character with a desire to win is essential. You should also possess an outgoing, smart, and professional personality with the ability to put yourself in the customer's position. Excellent command of Spanish and Italian is a must; a command of another language is a plus. You should be able to negotiate on multiple levels, including purchasing and management level.
