Tulfa Sales Director and Business Development Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director and Business Development professional to spearhead our e-commerce client acquisition efforts. This role is critical in driving our sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored 3D content solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients across various industries, building a strong pipeline through outreach and networking.
  • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with our team to craft customized 3D, AR, and e-commerce solutions that meet client challenges and goals.
  • Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the benefits and ROI of our services.
  • Lead Conversion: Build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals to exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, with at least 3 years in a similar role within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, sales funnel technologies, and paid advertising.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
