Job Title: Business Development Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our Sales team at Translate Plus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and other sales initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the Sales Management team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Management team.

Requirements:

  • 7-8 years of experience in the Language Service Provider (LSP) industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the LSP industry and its trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the Life Science, Medical devices, Manufacturing/Engineering, or Software IT industries.
  • Knowledge of the LSP industry and its trends, including the use of technology to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation tools and technologies.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages commonly used in the LSP industry.
