Senior Sales Development Manager

Empresa Reconocida is a leading logistics company with a strong presence in Spain and Portugal. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Iberian logistics business.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a pipeline of prospects and converting them into new business opportunities. This involves acquiring and managing international clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Activities:- Aquiring and managing international clients with a focus on Supply Chain Solutions and IT driven processes.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Managing a sales team effectively.
- Achieving growth with existing customers and hitting sales targets with new customers.
- Ensuring a smooth transition after the win to our Innovations team and operations for implementation, retention, and further growth.
We are looking for someone with at least a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Economics or Supply Chain Management, preferably with 5+ years of relevant sales experience for medium and larger (international) customers.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is around €80,000, plus outstanding secondary benefits such as fully paid health care insurance, paid lunch, and mileage support.
