Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Furnace Business Development Manager to lead strategic sales activities for the development of vacuum furnace systems in various sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing new sales opportunities for Industrial Furnace with strategic customer accounts;
- Developing and managing the Canadian Industrial Furnace sales, operating budgets, and forecast, within corporate guidelines, ensuring positive EBIT;
- Traveling to locations throughout Canada to present product offerings and collect external customers' and engineers' requirements and viewpoints to senior management;
- Developing programs and strategies to measure and meet customer expectations;
- Attending trade shows and technical conferences to present our company's technology to the Canadian market place;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Project or Product Management, Manufacturing, or Sales and Marketing (ideally sales of heat treatment, diffusion bonding, vacuum brazing furnaces for metallurgical processes or chemical vapor deposition infiltration);
- Basic contacts to industrial manufacturing companies;
- Experience in Value Analysis and Engineering, desirable;
- Advanced or Native fluency in English, French, and German will be seen as a plus;
- A valid passport and driver's license, and willingness to travel more than 50% as standard routine.
