Strategic Business Development Manager for Industrial Furnace Solutions

We are actively seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our industrial furnace sales efforts in the Canadian market. This position will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities with strategic customer accounts, managing operating budgets and forecasts, and ensuring positive EBIT results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the Canadian industrial furnace sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and improve existing partnerships.
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and achieve positive EBIT results.
- Travel throughout Canada to present product offerings, collect customer feedback, and attend trade shows and conferences to promote our technology and expand our presence in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop programs and strategies that meet customer expectations and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science, with an MBA or PhD preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project or product management, manufacturing, or sales and marketing, with a focus on industrial furnace sales.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and marketing, with a strong understanding of the industrial furnace market and its applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Advanced or native-level English language proficiency, with French and German languages also an asset.
Estimated Salary$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
