**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product and Sales Manager to lead strategic sales activities for the development of vacuum furnace systems in various sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales opportunities for Industrial Furnace with key customer accounts.
  • Manage Mexican Industrial Furnace sales, operating budgets, and forecast, ensuring positive EBIT.
  • Travel throughout Mexico to present product offerings and gather feedback from customers and engineers.
  • Implement programs and strategies to meet customer expectations.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to showcase company technology.
  • Collaborate with senior management to execute a Strategic Development Program for the Mexican market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Project or Product Management, Manufacturing, or Sales and Marketing.
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or Material Sciences; MBA or PhD is highly desirable.
  • Experience in heat treatment, diffusion bonding, vacuum brazing furnaces, and chemical vapor deposition infiltration (CVD/CVI).
  • Familiarity with materials technology and contract services.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial manufacturing companies and value analysis and engineering.
  • Advanced or native proficiency in Spanish, English, French, and German is a plus.
  • Valid passport and driver's license required.
