Key Responsibilities:- Assess customer risk for retention and renewal using digital assessment tools and reports
- Organize target accounts based on pre-defined priority criteria
- Proactively engage with at-risk customers to drive adoption and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer growth and attainment
- Utilize Salesforce to document customer opportunities and activity
- Provide guidance and support to customers on new features and product changes
- Business-level proficiency in Italian and English
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of customer success, renewals, or inside-sales experience
- Understanding of customer success principles and approaches
- Experience with complex customer situations and ability to navigate large organizations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Construction software knowledge
