As a Territory Adoption Business Growth Manager within Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS), you will play a crucial role in retaining and expanding our construction customers.

">

Your primary objective will be to drive the adoption of our cloud solutions, ensuring our customers achieve their desired business outcomes and fostering long-term relationships.

">

You will report directly to the Territory Adoption Sr. Manager and be responsible for driving retention of our most at-risk accounts by providing guidance and resources to customers or supporting our partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

">Accurately assessing customer risk for retention and renewal using digital assessment tools and reports">Organizing target accounts based on pre-defined priority criteria">Proactively engaging with at-risk customers">Ensuring customers derive maximum value from their investment in Autodesk Solutions, utilizing all licenses, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with other teams to ensure growth attainment">Conducting outbound customer calls with a minimum required number daily">Utilizing Salesforce to document customer opportunities and activity">Assisting customers in adopting new features or changes in the product">

About You

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">

A business-level proficiency in Italian and English

">

A relevant Bachelor's degree

">

2-4 years of experience in customer success, renewals, or inside-sales (individual contributor role)

">

An understanding of customer success principles, approaches, and considerations

">

Experience navigating complex, escalated customer situations and large organizations, with the ability to gain executive-level agreement

">

Strong verbal and written skills

">

Experience managing time on customer calls, troubleshooting follow-ups, customer relationship management, and new customer outreach

">

Construction software knowledge

Estimated Salary Range

">

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
