About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Associate to join our team at EcoVadis Germany GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage with target accounts to generate new business opportunities and fuel revenue growth for EcoVadis.
  • Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations with senior executives to understand their sustainability needs and challenges.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for account executives and provide valuable insights to support their sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to build trust and credibility.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business or Sustainability-related field.
  • Experience working in sustainability, CSR, or B2B procurement is a plus.
  • Native Spanish speaker with proficiency in English is a must.
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Spanish corporate business culture and passion for sustainability.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
