About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Associate Iberia. In this role, you'll be responsible for prospecting and outreaching to target accounts, generating new business opportunities, and conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and outreach to target accounts to engage and qualify prospective customers
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel revenue growth for Ecovadis
  • Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations with senior executives in target accounts
  • Schedule qualified meetings for account executives
  • Evangelize the importance of sustainability and corporate social responsibility for global 500 companies
  • Leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities in regional areas
  • Maintain an activity volume with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
  • Meet or exceed quarterly business plan targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
Requirements
  • University degree in business or sustainability-related areas
  • Experience working in sustainability, CSR, or B2B procurement is a plus
  • Native in Spanish and proficiency in English is a must
  • Portuguese is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Spanish corporate business culture
  • Passionate about sustainability and willing to pursue a career in both sustainability and sales
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to build rapport
