We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Associate Iberia to join our team at EcoVadis Germany Gmbh. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and sustainability in the Iberian region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of business sustainability ratings and solutions. As a Sales Development Associate Iberia, you will be responsible for prospecting and outreaching activities on target accounts, generating new business opportunities, and conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and outreach to target accounts in the Iberian region
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel revenue growth
  • Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations with senior executives
  • Schedule qualified meetings for account executives
  • Evangelize the importance of sustainability and corporate social responsibility for global 500 companies
  • Leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
  • Maintain a high level of activity volume to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
  • Quarterly business plan creation, reporting, and presentation to stakeholders
  • Record and document all calls and communications in Salesforce
  • Monitor social networks for sales opportunities and leads
  • Report on weekly results
Requirements
  • University degree in business or sustainability-related areas
  • Experience working in sustainability, CSR, or B2B procurement is a plus
  • Native Spanish and proficiency in English is a must
  • Portuguese is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Spanish corporate business culture
  • Passion for sustainability and willingness to pursue a career in both sustainability and sales
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Superior communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
