Job Title: Associate Assortment Planner, Geo Iberia

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Assortment Planner to join our team in Geo Iberia. As a key member of our planning team, you will play a crucial role in driving customer experience and increasing sales, margin, and liquidation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver profitable and productive clustered assortments for our stores in Geo Iberia.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to share recommendations on store assortments for 6-12 months.
  • Drive customer experience in store and increase NPS while maximizing sales, margin, and liquidation.
  • React to changes in trend and sell-through performance, and share recommendations to change distribution plans.
  • Share weekly/quarterly trade input with key stakeholders, including the Assortment Planning and Allocation team.
Requirements:
  • University or College degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
