Job Title: Associate Assortment Planner, Geo Iberia

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market-specific pre-season assortment plans to support our merchandise strategy.
  • Analyze assortment productivity and highlight trends and opportunities to drive sales and margin growth.
  • Review product distribution plans prior to intake, adapting to trend shifts and new opportunities.
  • Share weekly and quarterly trade recaps with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive business results.
  • Support Assortment Planners and Visual Merchandising teams on new store openings, relocations, and remodels.
  • Highlight regional opportunities for sizing and transfers to drive business growth.
  • Attend Go-To-Market and Visual Merchandising meetings to stay informed on key marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with Allocation, Buying, and GTM/VM teams to ensure alignment on door and distribution.
  • Support Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams on local events and campaigns.
  • Represent Planning in Store Experience – Allocation bi-weekly trade meetings and weekly GEO trade meetings.
  • Maintain and enhance best business practices across the merchandising group.
