About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Associate to join our team in Iberia. As a Sales Development Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting and outreaching to target accounts, generating new business opportunities, and conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and outreach to target accounts to engage and qualify prospective customers
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel revenue growth for EcoVadis
  • Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations with senior executives in target accounts
  • Schedule qualified meetings for account executives
  • Evangelize the importance of sustainability and corporate social responsibility for global 500 companies
  • Leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities in regional areas
  • Maintain an activity volume with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
  • Quarterly business plan creation, reporting, and presentation to key stakeholders
  • Record and document all calls and communications in Salesforce to identify trends for improvement
  • Monitor social networks for sales opportunities and leads
  • Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative
Requirements
  • University degree in business or sustainability-related areas
  • Experience working in sustainability, CSR, or B2B procurement is a plus
  • Native Spanish and proficiency in English is a must
  • Portuguese is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Spanish corporate business culture
  • Passionate about sustainability and willing to pursue a career in both sustainability and sales
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Superior communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work well in an international team environment in a fast-growing business
