Sales Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Associate to join our team at EcoVadis. As a Sales Development Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting and outreach activities on target accounts, generating new business opportunities, and conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and engage with target accounts to generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Evangelize the importance of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for the supply chain of Global 500 companies
  • Leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
  • Maintain an activity volume to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
  • Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business or Sustainability related areas
  • Experience working in Sustainability, CSR, or B2B Procurement is a plus
  • Native in French and proficiency in English is required; Portuguese is a plus
  • Knowledge of the French corporate business culture
  • Passionate about Sustainability and willing to pursue a career in both Sustainability and Sales
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to build rapport
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work well in an international team environment in a fast-growing business
