Job Description

EcoVadis is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Associate to join our team in Barcelona. As a Sales Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue for EcoVadis by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and outreach to target accounts to engage and qualify prospective customers.
  • Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations with senior executives to understand their sustainability and ESG needs.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and account executives to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • University degree in business or sustainability-related fields.
  • Experience in sales, sustainability, or B2B procurement is a plus.
  • Native French and proficiency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of the French corporate business culture.
  • Passionate about sustainability and willing to pursue a career in sales and sustainability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
