Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €35,000-€45,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Associate - Payment Solutions located in Malaga, Spain to join our growing team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to merchants and partners, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-level support to myPOS merchants, partners, and sales consultants
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, account setup, and KYC processes
  • Working closely with teams across the myPOS Group, such as Sales, Operations, and Finance
  • Overseeing online sales processing for myPOS Ireland
  • Guiding customers on how to use myPOS products and services
  • Helping customers through account opening, KYC processes, and clarifying pricing or fees
  • Spotting opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs
  • Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
  • Managing customer information in Zendesk, CRM, and internal systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced call centre or telephone support environment
  • A flexible and proactive individual with strong communication skills
  • A collaborative team player able to work seamlessly with teammates
  • Familiarity with mobile technology or telecom, and a willingness to further develop this expertise
  • Experience with administrative tasks, working with systems like ticketing, CRM, invoicing, and Microsoft Office
