Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Development Associate to join our dynamic team at Ulula, a social enterprise that aims to improve working conditions in mining, manufacturing, and agribusiness by sourcing and processing accurate and timely insights directly from workers and communities around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Utilize a combination of outreach strategies, based on market data and competitor insights, to engage with existing cold, warm, and hot leads, ensuring regular and impactful follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop cohesive strategies for engaging clients throughout the buyer lifecycle.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and proactively engage with partners, clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders to develop joint offerings and solutions.
