We are seeking a talented Business Development Associate to drive new business growth and develop strong relationships with customers. As the first point of contact, you will proactively engage with businesses to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.



  • About the Role:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Achieve sales targets and manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails to engage with customers and promote our services
  • Document customer interactions in Salesforce.com for accurate tracking and analysis

As a Business Development Associate at Teleperformance-Crit, you will work closely with our team to achieve individual and team goals.   • What We Offer:
  • Full-time position (39h/week, Mon-Fri)
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona
  • Salary: €22,785 gross/year + up to €2,734 gross/year in bonus
  • Relocation package including flight ticket, taxi, accommodation, and health insurance
