Strategic Regional Revenue Growth Specialist

Siteminder is a leading provider of hotel commerce platforms, helping accommodation owners find and book more guests online. We're seeking a strategic and analytical Regional Revenue Growth Specialist to help align and optimize our go-to-market teams.
About the Role:This role involves playing a key part in unifying go-to-market teams, aligning goals, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You'll leverage data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support sales efforts within a specific geographic region.
- Regional Strategy Development: Collaborate with regional leadership to design and execute revenue strategies that align with company goals.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze regional performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps; prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Process Optimisation: Streamline the sales and implementation cycle, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve conversion rates across the region.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing regional revenue growth strategies
- Analyzing regional performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Streamlining sales and implementation processes to improve efficiency
- Facilitating communication and alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Extensive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, with a focus on regional management
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets experience is essential
- Proven experience in process optimisation and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
