Key Responsibilities:

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of hotels in specific destinations, generating revenue through private sales in these areas.

Key Tasks:
  • Elaborate hotel portfolios, identifying eligible hotels and convincing them to participate in private sales.
  • Manage accounts, providing commercial follow-up on existing partners and key accounts.
  • Negotiate private sales conditions, including competitive rates and inventories.
  • Organize sales, analyzing KPIs, planning, implementing, and optimizing private sales.
  • Monitor competitive practices, providing insights to inform decision-making in line with VeryChic's brand positioning.
  • Stay up-to-date on new consumption trends, hotels, and popular destinations.
Key Skills/Work Experience:
  • Natural business developer with a strong understanding of sales techniques (prospection, negotiations, deal closure).
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solver with a pragmatic and organized approach.
  • Autonomous, self-driven, and self-motivated team player.
  • Strong analysis and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-growing and changing environment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in e-commerce and/or travel.
  • Native or bilingual level of French.
  • Fluency in English and/or Spanish, with additional languages a plus.
  • Strong working ethics and adaptability.
