Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of innovative smart sensor technologies to commercial customers
  • Identify and acquire new customers to sustainably increase Wenglor's market share
  • Own the complete sales process from initial inquiry to contract conclusion
  • Accountable for revenue and target performance in your designated area
  • Work from a home office and regularly engage with customers at a local level

  • A completed technical qualification and a strong interest in business and commercial relationships
  • Prior sales experience in the industrial automation industry is an asset
  • A passion for distributing consulting-intensive, technical products
  • A convincing, positive, and sociable personality
  • A self-motivated approach to work and entrepreneurial mindset
