Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of hotels in specific destinations, generating revenue through private sales in these areas.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:- Portfolio Development: Identify eligible hotels and negotiate participation in private sales.
- Account Management: Commercial follow-up with existing partners and key accounts.
- Negotiation: Negotiate private sales conditions, including competitive rates and inventories.
- Sales Organization: Analyze KPIs, plan, implement, and optimize private sales.
- Benchmarking: Analyze competitive practices to inform decision-making in line with VeryChic brand positioning.
- Competitive Intelligence: Identify new consumption trends, hotels, and destinations.
- Travel and Representation: Attend major European fairs and travel monthly to key destinations.
- Natural Sales Talent: Strong knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Results-Driven: Highly motivated, with a strong attention to detail and ability to drive results.
- Strategic Thinking: Creative problem-solving capabilities, with a pragmatic and organized approach.
- Team Player: Autonomous, self-driven, and self-motivated, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analysis and Evaluation: Strong analysis skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information and make informed decisions.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience, preferably in e-commerce and/or travel.
- Language Skills: Native/bilingual level of French, with spoken and written fluency in English and/or Spanish.
- Education: Graduate in ecommerce/Tourism.
