Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Account Manager to lead our expansion in the Portuguese market. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and establishing Factorial's presence among high-potential mid-to-large enterprises.
Responsibilities:- Manage the complete sales cycle for assigned accounts, from qualification to close, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Build and execute effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Launch and manage client accounts during their first year with Factorial, ensuring successful implementations and addressing ongoing needs.
- Conduct in-person visits with prospective clients to establish strong relationships and gain deeper insights into their needs.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in enterprise sales or working with complex organizations.
- Experience in SaaS or digital transformation industries is a plus.
- Hybrid professional comfortable with remote work and in-person client meetings.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and building long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop account plans and execute strategies for expanding market presence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese (proficient) and English (professional level).
- Proficient in using sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRMs.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to take ownership of the launch and expansion strategy in the market.
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
