Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement IT service management policies, processes, and procedures based on ITIL best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of IT services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing an IT service or projects, preferably with IT platforms.
  • Expertise in ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
