Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers? Do you have a knack for managing projects and driving operational excellence? We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager to join our team at DeviceNow Solutions Pvt Ltd.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role will be to serve as the operational focal point for all project-related issues, acting as the primary contact for customers. You will monitor and evaluate service delivery processes and outcomes to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery. Additionally, you will identify, recognize, and optimize processes/services, initiating necessary steps for improvement.
You will manage customer expectations throughout project transitions and ensure a seamless transition into Business As Usual (BAU) operations. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges and enhance service delivery. Your key deliverables will include preparing regular reports on service performance metrics and customer feedback.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering quality results is also essential. A proactive approach to identifying operational issues and developing solutions to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction is required.
