About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our dedicated in-market EMEA sales operations team. As a key member of this team, you'll work closely with our sales teams to deliver non-customer facing selling activity, manage commercial processes, and drive continuous improvement while providing exceptional customer support.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality support to sales and customers through effective coordination of commercial activities
• Provide sales growth support by managing customer inquiries, ad hoc projects, and tailoring customer presentations
• Coordinate exhibition and event logistics, tender submissions, and customer contract management
• Support distributors and supply chain partners through product information requests and mass catalog updates
• Collaborate with commercial operations teams to issue customer communications, coordinate meetings, and translate commercial materials
• Ensure master data accuracy and provide PO support for sales teams

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in sales operations or a related field
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• High degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
