IWG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Sales Manager to join our team. As a Community Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth, while creating an inspiring work environment that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support
  • Lead and manage a team of associates, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are equipped to deliver outstanding results
  • Design and deliver engaging marketing campaigns to promote our centre and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other IT packages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
