Customer Experience Quality Assurance Professional

At Msx International Inc., we are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. This role involves ensuring the highest level of quality in customer service interactions, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with team leaders to drive continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities- Quality Monitoring: Regularly review and assess customer service interactions (calls, emails, chats) to ensure agents meet quality standards and follow correct procedures.
- Performance Evaluation: Analyze individual and team performance, providing actionable feedback and recommendations for improvement to both agents and team leaders.
- Compliance Checking: Ensure all customer interactions comply with internal guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, along with opportunities for growth and professional development. As a valued member of our team, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 22 working days per year, flexible work arrangements, and access to our internal training program.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical skills, fluency in Swedish and English, and experience in coaching and developing agents to enhance their skills.
