About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining partnerships with attractions and in-destination experience providers in the European market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and sign cooperation agreements with attractions and partners in accordance with company strategy and policy
  • Drive market share growth and increase local market awareness of Trip.com through partnerships with attraction general agencies
  • Plan and implement marketing plans with key partners and internal departments
  • Conduct data research and analysis to provide market insights and optimize product design and sales directions
Requirements
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Chinese and another main European language such as French, Spanish, or German
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in OTAs of Tours & Tickets segment
  • Strong relationships with top tourism attractions, key suppliers, and tourism administrative authorities
  • Proven record of business development skills, strategic thinking capability, and data analysis capability
