About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at The Fork. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, identifying new growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional results.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional results through effective sales enablement, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Leverage The Fork's tools and platforms to drive customer engagement and bookings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Ideal Background:



  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the e-commerce or restaurant industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Native Spanish and English language skills.
  • Experience with sales promotions, deals, and flash sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
