About the Role: Blu Selection is seeking a highly accomplished Sales Director to lead our sales team in Spain. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth, mentoring your team, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, promoting collaboration and success.
  • Recruit and manage seasonal and permanent sales representatives, ensuring their onboarding and training needs are met.
  • Cultivate key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Conduct market analysis, staying informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Promote collective learning through regular training sessions tailored to the team's needs.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (Professional proficiency in Spanish, German, or Dutch is a plus)
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales with at least 8 years of experience
  • Exceptional sales skills, high energy, and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Dedicated to customer satisfaction and results-driven
  • Proficient in performance metrics and data analysis
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments
