About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. as a Business Development Manager - Amazon Hub PARP. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the commercial vertical to drive the growth of our Amazon Pickup Locations network in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a pipeline of new partners for our Amazon Pickup Locations in Portugal.
  • Drive the customer experience for our program, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and convenience.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with key partners in the commercial vertical.
  • Work closely with internal functions, including technology, marketing, transportation, and customer service, to drive great customer experience for our program.
Requirements
  • Portuguese speaker.
  • A Degree.
  • Relevant experience in account management, marketing, or sales.
  • Relevant experience in using data analytics to solve problems such as customer, partner, or business performance issues.
  • Relevant experience in driving strategic alliances and partnerships for business.
  • Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in E-Commerce, Retail, Consulting, and/or B2B.
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
