As a Sales Development Representative at Landbot, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound sales processes. Your primary goal will be to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and match them with our product value proposition.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify pain points and understand the needs of potential clients based on ICP criteria, guidelines, segments, or lists.
  • Reach out to prospects through various channels to schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Work closely with the Account Executive in prospecting and strategizing target accounts.
  • Support the Sales team to attain quarterly revenue goals by scheduling meetings with outbound leads.
  • Determine and understand a prospect company's primary business issues to match a fitting solution.

Requirements:
  • Experience in/knowledge of outbound processes.
  • Commercial nature.
  • Fearless approach to outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take the initiative.
  • Enthusiastic, organized, and you like to work for objectives.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Spanish.

Bonus Skills & Attributes:
  • Previous experience in sales development/generation of new sales opportunities.
  • Proven success in a role with weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
