Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging prospective customers through inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, educating prospects, and scheduling meetings for Sales Representatives.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in SaaS or construction technology. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as fluency in English. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Inquiries: Engage with prospective customers through email, chat, and phone calls to ensure timely and informative responses.
- Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and pain points of prospects to gauge their level of interest in Autodesk solutions.
- Build and Maintain Pipeline: Develop and sustain a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and nurturing practices.
- Educate Prospects: Provide clear and concise details on Autodesk's product features and value proposition.
- Schedule Meetings: Arrange appointments and meetings for Sales Representatives and Executives.
- Achieve Outreach Targets: Meet or exceed your goals, including the number of calls, emails, and meetings booked.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 per year, plus a significant discretionary annual cash bonus and commissions for sales roles. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including stock or long-term incentive cash grants.
