As our Strategic SaaS Growth Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of SaaS management. Your key responsibilities will include:
Advising Sastrify's prospects and customers on leading and best-fit SaaS and Cloud tools available via the Sastrify Marketplace;
Leading end-to-end Sastrify Marketplace pre-sales, onboarding, and renewal efforts, including building your sales pipeline, winning deals, ensuring seamless onboarding, and securing future renewals;
Building and owning new business and renewals forecast, defining strategy to win and achieve forecast, highlighting roadblocks and support required, reporting progress regularly;
Working closely with other Sastrify teams involved in the Sastrify Marketplace customer journey, both customer-facing (Sales, Customer Success, Procurement) and internal (Customer Ops, Finance), as well as external partners;
Tracking and analyzing performance of Sastrify Marketplace prospects and customers to identify how our offerings and portfolio need to evolve, improve commercials and end-to-end customer experience;
Recommending initiatives to improve the Sastrify Marketplace;
With 3+ years of proven experience in customer-facing roles, including Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Account Management or similar in the SaaS industry, you'll be equipped to take on this exciting challenge.
