Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Key Account Development Professional to join our global business team. Reporting directly to the General Manager and/or Head of Sales, you will be accountable for managing outbound sales activity to qualify and develop prospects into Partners. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential partners through creative follow-up communications, highlighting the benefits of partnering with Fresha.

Sales Strategy
To succeed in this role, you must consistently achieve sales targets and KPI's. This involves sourcing and managing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls/emails, as well as consulting with partners to get them active on the Fresha platform. You will also perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential Partners to align our solutions with their business objectives.
Partner Engagement
You will build good relationships with partners and colleagues across the commercial teams, providing feedback to management about ongoing trends in the industry. Establishing and maintaining positive Partner relationships is crucial to your success in this role. You will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless Partner experience, recording all activity and maintaining accurate contact records in our CRM (HubSpot).
Skills and Qualifications Required
You have at least 1 year of solid B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or fintech. You are driven, results-oriented, and possess a fantastic work ethic. You can think on your feet and problem-solve on the fly, bringing high energy and a positive attitude to the table. You are naturally curious and have a desire to continuously grow and develop. Organisational skills are essential, allowing you to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required. Strong initiative, customer service orientation, and self-motivation are also essential. Experience with Saas online marketplaces and/or payment platforms is highly desirable, as is a keen interest in the Beauty and Wellness industry.
