Your Key Role
We are looking for a skilled Sales and Business Growth Professional to join our team at Corpay. As a Key Account Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business revenue and volume through effective account management, delivering high-quality calls and written communications with customers, and working collaboratively across all sites and business areas to foster a supportive team culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial payments and a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
About the Role
As a Sales and Business Growth Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Consistently achieving monthly sales and revenue targets
- Optimizing new business revenue and volume through effective account management
- Delivering high-quality calls and written communications with customers to required standards
- Committing to structured training programs
- Ongoing excellent understanding of all products and services
- Proposing customer-focused solutions
- Accurately recording all contact and conversations with customers in the CRM (Salesforce)
- Maximizing conversion rates of data and leads within KPIs and SLAs
- Working collaboratively across all sites and business areas to help foster a supportive team culture
- Understanding all KPIs, prioritizing, and achieving on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Creating a positive working environment, demonstrating FLEETCOR core values and professional behaviors
- Contribute and commit to a personal development plan that addresses all training and development needs as well as future career aspirations
