Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain, based in our Madrid office with a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Allianz Commercial products and services to new and existing corporate clients, ensuring sustainable profitability.
  • Develop and foster long-term sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and Allianz staff.
  • Lead and mobilize key account teams to ensure Allianz performance and deliver client and broker satisfaction.
  • Act as navigator and door-opener for the team into the wider Allianz group organisation building collaborative relationships with our sister companies in the Group.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in an Underwriting or Business Development role in industrial/specialty insurance business.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster long-term, profitable relationships at senior level with brokers and clients.
  • Significant experience delivering success in an analytical role (e.g., sales or finance controlling).
  • Successful track record prospecting new clients in the industrial and specialty insurance segment.
