About This Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization as a Sales Development Manager. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing the AMEX acceptance network in Sweden and Finland by managing and closing inbound sales opportunities received by phone, fax, and e-mails in the assigned markets.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Grow the AMEX acceptance network in Sweden and Finland by managing and closing inbound sales opportunities received by phone, fax, and e-mails in the assigned markets.
  2. End to end ownership of a lead, from first contact through to closing the sale, account set up, and ensuring that they are able to fully benefit from Accepting Amex in their establishment.

Requirements

  • Native/Fluent level of Swedish and Finnish written and spoken.
  • High level of other European Languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous Sales experience a plus.
  • Willing to sell, driven by objectives, ambitious and communicative.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, Salesforce a bonus).
  • Highly engaging telephone communication style with ability to speak confidently with senior executives.
  • A natural forward planner who is highly organized and has the ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process.
  • Ability to work independently whilst also collaborating with team members in different markets to maximize individual and company performance.
