Job Description
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be in direct contact with our Belgian customers and assist them with all their questions regarding the use of our software. You will build knowledge and experience within the different domains of our applications, establish relationships of trust with client contacts, and answer questions concerning the use of our Protime tools. Additionally, you will advise customers on how to optimize their Protime environment, develop an internal network, and work closely with internal customer experts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, be able to communicate fluently in Dutch and English, and possess a professional demeanor when interacting with customers. It is also essential to be self-managing, have autonomy, and take initiative. Your interest in software applications and HR-related topics will serve you well in this position.
