Job Overview

The Business Development Representative role is an exciting opportunity for individuals to join our sales team and drive business growth through identifying and contacting new prospects, qualifying leads, and creating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact new decision makers through cold calling, emailing, and leveraging social media tools for prospecting
  • Navigate organizational structures and pursue individual and team goals, analyzing data to generate new business opportunities
  • Develop strong product knowledge and learn from colleagues
  • Build collaborative relationships with Account Executives to win business for our company
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Identify and address inefficiencies by leveraging prospecting tools at speed
  • Meet your quota and maximize transformation development by focusing on your core role

Requirements

  • 6-12 months of relevant working experience in the UK market, or equivalent qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or proven experience in a similar environment
  • Native English speaker with effective communication skills and ability to build influential relationships
  • Strong prospecting skills, high motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a career at Criteo
  • Personal leadership skills, strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills across all levels
  • Ability to accept and process change quickly and with a positive attitude
  • Passion for new media, internet trends, and continual learning
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. This figure is based on national averages for the UK market and may vary based on location within the EU.
