Job Description
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with experience selling B2B Software Products and Services within the DACH region to help us scale by acquiring new clients and also retaining and expanding existing accounts. As an Enterprise Sales Executive for our Enterprise team, you will be an instrumental contributor to our go-to-market strategy, being able to have a direct impact on the growth of one of the hottest startups in Europe.
Responsibilities
You will showcase excellent communication, relationship, and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients' needs and facilitate the sale process end-to-end, acting as the glue between our Account Management team and the Clients as required, ensuring smooth transitions and effective account management under any circumstances, maintaining our existing company-client relationships at a 7 Star satisfaction standard.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience working in a sales position, preferably phone-based, with a significant focus on new client acquisition. You should have a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals in previous roles. Strong communication skills including excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities are a must. Extensive experience using Salesforce or any similar CRM software is also required. Ability to make decisions based on data rather than opinions is a must. Quick learner, resourceful, and tech-savvy, you should be able to make decisions based on data rather than opinions. Effective prioritization and focus skills utilizing the 80/20 principle are also required. Independent and self-motivated, capable of working without extensive supervision, you should be able to make decisions based on data rather than opinions. Resilience, perseverance, and determination are also required. Ownership mindset, comfortable working outside of your comfort zone when necessary, you should be able to make decisions based on data rather than opinions.
