About the Role

LumApps, an Employee Experience Platform, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive business growth in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage our proven strategies to generate interest in our platform among prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assertively use phone, email, and other sales tools to contact potential customers and foster interest in our platform.

Be a valued contributor to the sales team, generating meetings with new potential customers and contributing to pipeline growth.

Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.

Record and track activities, leveraging available tools and technologies to drive success.

Collaborate with management to meet company-wide goals and targets.

Requirements

At least 2-3 years of experience in new customer acquisition, with a strong background in cold calling and appointment setting.

Excellent communication skills, with a native-level proficiency in German.

Good English language skills, with experience in interacting with C-level decision makers and understanding their challenges.

Proven objection handling skills, with a high level of self-motivation and creativity.

Resilient and able to handle pressure effectively.

Independent, committed, and goal-oriented work style.
