About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective training and enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Training Managers and Google EMEA Knowledge Manager to develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales teams.
  • Design and implement sales training programs that align with business objectives and ensure clear understanding of product features and benefits.
  • Work closely with LoB management teams to review training plan progress, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert training and support to sales teams on Google Ads product features and best practices.
  • Track and analyze training results, identifying areas for improvement and presenting findings to Operations Managers and Clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales methodology and training principles.
  • Experience in sales training and enablement is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads product features and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders and drive change.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
