Sales and Training Development Manager

Based in Madrid, Spain, this role offers a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 per annum. Reporting to the Sales Training Manager for Western Europe, you will join the training team consisting of 8 people based in 3 markets - France, Spain, Portugal.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of training materials and ensure the delivery of training through various channels available. As a key member of the training team, you will play a vital role in shaping the sales strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Field Work: Spend 2-3 days per week in-store, providing coaching and mentoring to store staff, conducting 'flash coaching' sessions to address immediate performance issues, and providing real-time feedback.
- Collaboration with RSMs: Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them, providing guidance and support to RSMs in implementing strategies to enhance store performance.
- Training Project Management: Manage end-to-end projects, including the identification of needs, implementation of training material, and use of training tools with sales teams at collection launches.
- E-Learning: Adapt Global learning content, update training modules on the training platform, create new training content for the e-Learning platform, and administer training and logistics.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can lead in-person training sessions, manage training projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with Portuguese or French being a plus. Knowledge of Canva is also a plus.
