About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through proactive management and timely response to incoming calls.
- Develop and maintain relationships within accounts to ensure long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity.
- Research new sales opportunities within existing portfolios and prepare commercial and technical service proposals.
- Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets, focusing on driving profitability.
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipelines.
Requirements
- Proficient or bilingual in French with intermediate English level.
- Solid sales background and previous experience in B2B sales.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Achievement-oriented, motivated, and self-starter with a drive to succeed.
- Prior experience working with channel sales is a plus.
What We Offer
